About The Position
As a Front of House Crew Member (FOH) for Traditions Hospitality Group at Kitchen 35 Cafe, you will provide customer service and help ensure guests have a positive dining experience. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, assisting with food preparation and takeout packaging, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will communicate with kitchen staff, address guest inquiries and feedback, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with team members. The position is part-time and located in Thackerville, Oklahoma, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The stated pay range is $13.00–$15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
