About The Position

The Front of House Crew Member (FOH) at Matadors Pizzeria is responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping ensure a positive dining experience. The role involves greeting guests, taking and processing orders, assisting with food preparation and packaging, maintaining the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Crew members are expected to uphold food safety and sanitation standards and contribute to a positive team environment. This is a part-time position at Matadors Pizzeria at WinStar World Casino Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The role offers a training program, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge, if applicable.
Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure payments are accurate.
Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
