About The Position

The Front of House Crew Member at Traditions Hospitality Group’s Matadors Pizzeria at WinStar World Casino provides customer service and helps ensure guests have a positive dining experience. The role involves greeting guests, taking and processing orders, handling payments, assisting with food preparation and takeout packaging, maintaining the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and responding to guest feedback. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and following food safety and sanitation standards. The position is part-time, with a stated hourly pay range of $13.00 to $15.00. The job shift is listed as “Any.” Applicants must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and be able to obtain a gaming badge if applicable and an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE). Previous customer or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
