FOH Crew Member - Chips N Ales - Winstar World Casino
About The Position
As a Front of House Crew Member (FOH) for Traditions Hospitality Group at Chips N Ales in WinStar World Casino Resort, you will provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The role involves greeting guests, taking and processing orders, assisting with food preparation and takeout packaging, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. You will communicate with kitchen staff, respond professionally to guest inquiries and feedback, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with team members. The position is part-time, with a stated hourly pay range of $13.00–$15.00. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge, if applicable.
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
