Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Gaming License, if applicable.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Check on guests regularly, confirm their satisfaction, and address concerns or special requests.
Recommend menu items and upsell specials or additional items.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
