About The Position

The Beverage Server for Traditions Hospitality Group creates and serves beverages while providing friendly, fast service and an entertaining guest experience. The role requires maintaining drink quality, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness; using a stage persona; and working effectively in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or casino environment. Employees wear a costume and must maintain an appearance conducive to the casino’s entertainment theme, with standards enforced equally for males and females. The position is part-time at WinStar World Casino Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The stated pay is $2.13 per hour. Scheduling is flexible and may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The work involves extended periods of standing and walking, carrying trays, and lifting and carrying beverage cases, kegs, and other objects. The environment may have moderate to high noise levels and exposure to smoke.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.
Knowledge of guest services and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, carry trays using both hands, and lift 15–25+ pounds.
Ability to work in a restaurant, bar, or casino environment, including extended periods in a high-volume setting.
Must conform to the costume and appearance requirements of the casino’s entertainment theme.

Know drinks, ingredients, and prices.
Take orders, serve drinks, explain preparation methods, and inform guests about specials.
Check guest identification and manage excessive drinking responsibly.
Write orders and handle payments.
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
Review procedures to improve service, performance, and safety.
