About The Position

The General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group oversees all aspects of establishment operations, leading departments and teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives. The role includes driving profitability, revenue growth, and cost control while fostering employee engagement and operational efficiency. The General Manager also oversees hiring, training, and development and uses operational and financial results to identify improvement opportunities. This position is based at WinStar World Casino and Resort in Denton, Texas. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing and walking for extended periods. The work environment may include exposure to smoke, with intensity varying by location.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the establishment's dress code standards.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
