About The Position

The Kitchen Supervisor for Traditions Hospitality Group's fast-casual Vinos Italian Kitchen at WinStar World Casino oversees kitchen operations, food quality, and the culinary team. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily food preparation, cooking, and plating activities to maintain efficiency and consistency.
Enforce food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and health codes to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and inventory management to support food quality and minimize waste.
Train, guide, and provide performance feedback to kitchen employees to develop their skills and teamwork.
Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to meet guest expectations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Monitor kitchen equipment, report maintenance issues, and ensure equipment operates properly.
