About The Position
Traditions Hospitality Group is hiring a Line Cook for its full-service IHOP establishment. The Line Cook prepares and cooks high-quality menu items according to recipes and standards, helping ensure consistent food quality and presentation and memorable guest dining experiences. The role includes maintaining a clean, organized kitchen; coordinating with kitchen team members to prepare and serve meals on time; and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Line Cook may also assist with menu development, special events, and catering as needed. The position operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly during peak service times, and requires following instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet guest expectations. The role is part-time and located at IHOP Express 5631 in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
