About The Position

The Front of House Crew Member at Traditions Hospitality Group provides excellent customer service and helps ensure guests have a positive dining experience. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, handling payments, assisting with food preparation and takeout orders, maintaining the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Crew Members respond professionally to guest questions and feedback, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and work collaboratively with the team. The role is part-time and located at The Fork Cafe in Pocasset, Oklahoma. The listed hourly pay range is $12.00–$14.00.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
