About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a full-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member to welcome guests, build member relationships, and help keep its indoor pickleball club running smoothly. The role includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25 per hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. Paid time off, sick time, a $100 club credit toward a new paddle after 90 days of employment, and a free Picklr membership after achieving performance milestones are offered. Employees also receive discounts on pickleball gear, apparel, and merchandise. The workplace is active and social, with opportunities to grow into team leadership, sales, and management roles.

The schedule is full-time and onsite. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required; specific shifts will be discussed during the interview. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, proactive, able to solve problems, eager to learn and contribute, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated to work toward sales goals. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales, and process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
