About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a full-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member to welcome guests, build member relationships, and help keep its indoor pickleball club running smoothly. The role includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25 per hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required; specific shifts will be discussed during the interview. The employer is seeking a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive, solves problems, is eager to learn and contribute, and is comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales, and process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
