About The Position

The Picklr is hiring a full-time, onsite Front Desk Team Member to welcome guests, build member relationships, and help keep its indoor pickleball club running smoothly. The role includes a base pay of $21 per hour plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25 per hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required; specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.

The Picklr is looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive, solves problems, and is eager to learn and contribute. The successful candidate should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales, and process payments accurately.
• Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
