About The Position

Bubon Orthodontics is seeking a positive, outgoing, bilingual Front Desk Specialist who loves connecting with people, enjoys a busy day, and takes pride in making patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. The primary office will be the Millennium Park location, with opportunities to support the Niles and Lakeview offices when needed. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a team where their personality matters. Previous dental, orthodontic, medical, or customer service experience is a plus, but personality, attitude, and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and families with a smile
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Communicating with patients in English and Spanish
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Collecting patient payments
• Maintaining accurate patient information
• Helping patients understand their appointments and treatment
• Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Working with the orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Supporting our Niles and Lakeview offices when needed
• Learning the ins and outs of orthodontics and growing your skills along the way
