Requirements
- A positive, energetic attitude

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- All team members must successfully pass a required background screening prior to training.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members and families
- Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing
- Help families find the right swim lesson program for their child
- Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members
- Follow up with prospective and current members
- Support events and activities at the school
- Work as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming environment
