Responsibilities
- Check-in and Check-out: Welcoming guests, verifying reservations, assisting with check-in, providing hotel information, and settling bills during check-out.
- Room Assignments: Assigning rooms based on preferences, availability, and special requests, managing room keys.
- Guest Service: Providing information about local attractions and services.
- Handling Guest Concerns: Addressing guest issues and complaints professionally and finding appropriate solutions.
- Payment and Billing: Handling payments, processing credit card transactions, and providing accurate bills.
- Safety and Security: Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings, potentially trained in emergency procedures.
- Phone and Reservations: Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing room availability.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing record keeping, managing guest profiles, and tracking room inventory.
- Communication: Interacting with guests, hotel staff, and management to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.
- Hospitality: Creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.
