About The Position

The Customer Experience Specialist, known as a "Site Supervisor" works at front desk at our swim school. This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience. • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Have a responsible and professional demeanor.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
• Answering customers' questions about their account, their child’s progress, or about the program, also handle call center.
• Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
• Manage employee schedules and track their attendance.
• Post media content and monitor social media platforms.
• Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
