About The Position

PT ReVolution, a therapy-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator for its Fort Worth practice. The Front Desk Coordinator is the voice and face of the practice and provides patients with their first impression of the clinic. The position includes extensive on-the-job training and mentorship; prior experience is not required, though medical front desk experience is preferred. The role may offer the opportunity to transition to full-time hours for high-performing, qualified candidates.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Be proficient in basic computer applications.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Be able to handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with a medical front desk.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the booking system.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
Assist with routine facility and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Track inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Communicate with medical staff to ensure seamless client flow.
Follow health and safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lounge area.
Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including vacuuming and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Launder and maintain treatment towels and other linens as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
