About The Position

Dentologie is seeking a full-time Front Desk Concierge for its Evanston dental practice. The concierge is the first person patients engage with and helps deliver a high standard of patient service through knowledgeable communication and support throughout their visit and medical care. The position offers hourly compensation of $20–$22, based on experience, full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to learn office operations and advance professionally.

Requirements

At least one year of dental or medical front desk experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Professionally greet and communicate with patients, both verbally and in writing.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Present accurate treatment plans and answer patients’ related questions.
Accept service payments and accurately post them to the ledger.
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
Communicate and follow up with staff and patients.
Handle confidential medical information with discretion.
Check in lab cases.
Share custodial responsibilities to maintain sanitary offices for staff and patients.
Assist with training new team members as needed.
