About The Position

MINT Dentistry is hiring a Dental Front Desk team member, also referred to as a Patient Concierge, to serve as the first and last impression for patients. The role focuses on creating a warm, polished, and memorable patient experience while keeping front-office operations and patient flow running smoothly. The position also represents MINT Dentistry’s brand in the office and online, including participation in social media opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Comfort engaging in photo opportunities or sharing the patient experience on social media.

• Dental or front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a VIP experience.
• Manage the daily schedule to maintain smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements clearly and carefully.
• Support the clinical team and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MINT image as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer.
• Participate in social media opportunities and help share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build connections with patients, teammates, and the community.
