About The Position

MINT Dentistry is hiring a Dental Front Desk team member, also referred to as a Patient Concierge, to serve as the first and last impression for patients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, polished patient experience while helping the office run smoothly. The concierge represents MINT Dentistry in person and may participate in social media opportunities and content creation that share the patient experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service experience; dental or front desk experience is a plus.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Warm, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people.
Comfort engaging in photo opportunities or sharing the patient experience on social media.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a welcoming, VIP-style experience.
Manage the daily schedule to support smooth and efficient patient flow.
Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements clearly and carefully.
Support the clinical team and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
Represent the MINT image as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer, both in the office and online.
Participate in social media opportunities and content creation when needed.
Build connections with patients, teammates, and the community.
