About The Position

MINT Dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk team member, also called a Patient Concierge, to serve as the first and last impression for patients. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, polished patient experience, keeping front-office operations running smoothly, supporting the clinical team, and representing MINT Dentistry in the office and online. The position includes opportunities to participate in social media content and represent the company as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Comfort with social media, photo opportunities, and sharing the patient experience.

• Dental or front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage the daily schedule to maintain smooth, efficient patient flow.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements clearly and thoughtfully.
• Support the clinical team and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MINT image as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer.
• Participate in social media opportunities and help share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build relationships with patients, teammates, and the community.
