About The Position

MINT Dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk team member, also described as a Patient Concierge, to create a welcoming and memorable experience for patients. This person serves as the first and last impression of the practice, helps maintain smooth daily operations, and represents the MINT brand in the office and, when needed, online.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Comfort engaging in photo opportunities or sharing the patient experience on social media.

Nice To Haves

• Dental or front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage the daily schedule to maintain smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements.
• Support the clinical team and help ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent the MINT image as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer.
• Participate in social media opportunities and help share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build connections with patients, teammates, and the community.
