About The Position

Hilton Resorts Corporation is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk for its Vail Streamside location. This part-time position covers Saturday and Sunday shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM and offers an hourly rate of $21–$22. The Front Desk Clerk is the first point of contact for guests and helps ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences while delivering high-quality service. Requirements

Ability to work weekend and evening hours consistently, from 3 PM to 11 PM.
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer-service orientation and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries.
Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and organized lobby and front desk area.
Communicate special requests and guest preferences to housekeeping and maintenance.
Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
Adhere to Hilton brand standards and safety protocols.
