We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Assistants to join our opening team. Your focus will be to provide an excellent guest experience by welcoming travelers, assisting with sleep suite reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Requirements
- Passion for hospitality, travel, wellness, and customer service
- Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, front desk, airport lounge, or retail experience preferred
- Enthusiasm for engaging with guests and providing exceptional service
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment
- Comfortable learning reservation, point-of-sale, and other computer systems
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to successfully meet applicable DTW airport badging and security requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet travelers and provide an excellent customer experience
- Assist guests with sleep suite reservations, check-in, and check-out
- Explain suite options, rates, availability, services, and policies
- Efficiently process customer transactions and payments
- Manage reservations and monitor suite availability
- Answer guest questions and assist throughout their stay
- Coordinate suite turnover and ensure suites are prepared for incoming guests
- Restock linens, amenities, and other guest supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Follow all Be Relax and DTW airport safety and security procedures
- Be willing to perform additional duties as required
