About The Position

Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection, is a luxury boutique hotel in Mountain Brook, outside Birmingham, Alabama. The property offers guest rooms and suites, event spaces, an art gallery, Poseidon Spa, rooftop restaurant and bar, and interactive wine-blending and cooking classes. The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests and helps deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. The role handles arrivals and departures, guest inquiries and concerns, local and hotel information, and payment transactions while coordinating with other departments to support a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cash-handling experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
