About The Position

Hotel Wildemont, Autograph Collection, is a luxury boutique hotel in the Mountain Brook community outside Birmingham, Alabama. The property features curated art, guest rooms and suites, event spaces, a spa, rooftop restaurant and bar, and culinary experiences. The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests and helps create a positive, memorable stay through attentive service and efficient front desk operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cash handling experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
