About The Position
The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in delivering an efficient and positive customer experience. The role includes assisting customers and partnering them with other associates as needed, supporting checkout, following merchandise receiving and handling guidelines, and maintaining store and stockroom presentation. Associates keep fitting rooms organized and return merchandise to the sales floor promptly. This is a seasonal position.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
- Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
- Be a team player who brings their best to their work.
- Be flexible and ready to have fun.
- Use technology to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
- Respond to customers in the moment and partner them with other associates as needed.
- Assist at the cashwrap to ensure an efficient checkout experience.
- Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
- Maintain presentation standards.
- Keep fitting rooms organized and move product back to the sales floor promptly.
- Keep the stockroom organized.
- Act in a manner that aligns with the company’s values.
