Friends & Family Associate (Seasonal)
About The Position
The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in exceeding customer expectations and helps customers find products or connect with other associates. The role also assists with checkout, merchandise handling, store presentation, fitting-room organization, and stockroom organization. Associates are expected to act in a manner aligned with the company’s values. The position requires flexibility and availability during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. It also involves regularly moving around store areas, interacting with customers, and physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting, carrying, or moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.

- Be able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift, carry, or move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
- Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.

Responsibilities
- Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
- Respond to customers in the moment and connect them with other associates as needed.
- Assist at the cashwrap to ensure an efficient checkout experience.
- Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
- Maintain presentation standards.
- Keep fitting rooms organized and promptly return product to the sales floor.
- Keep the stockroom organized.
- Act in a manner that aligns with company values.
