About The Position

The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in exceeding customer expectations and helps customers in the moment, partnering them with other associates when needed. The role assists with cashwrap operations, merchandise receiving and handling, presentation standards, fitting-room organization, and keeping the stockroom organized. Associates are expected to act in a manner aligned with J.Crew Group’s values.

The position is seasonal and requires flexibility to work during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The work involves moving around all store areas and being accessible to customers, as well as bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos). The hourly range is $21.30–$21.75. J.Crew Group says its base salary may vary based on factors including geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements
