About The Position

The Friends & Family Associate supports the store team in delivering customer service and maintaining efficient store operations. The role includes assisting customers in the moment, supporting checkout, handling merchandise according to guidelines, and keeping sales-floor, fitting-room, and stockroom areas organized and presentable. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
Respond to customers in the moment and connect them with other associates as needed.
Assist at the cashwrap to help ensure an efficient checkout experience.
Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
Maintain presentation standards.
Keep fitting rooms organized and return product to the sales floor promptly.
Keep the stockroom organized.
