About The Position

The Friends & Family Associate supports store associates in exceeding customer expectations and helps customers find assistance when needed. The role contributes to efficient checkout, merchandise handling, store presentation, and the organization of fitting rooms and stockroom. Associates are expected to act in a manner aligned with J.Crew’s values and to be flexible and available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is seasonal and pays an hourly range of $13.50 to $15.52.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
• Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support associates in exceeding customer expectations.
