Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering elite service in the tourism industry.
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or the car rental industry is highly valued.
• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural office environment in Sofia.
• Professional demeanor and a solution-oriented mindset for resolving complex travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch support to international travelers regarding vehicle rentals and booking inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end customer reservations within the fast-paced tourism and car rental landscape.
• Maintain excellence in service standards by resolving client queries regarding travel policies and rental terms.
• Coordinate with global partner agencies to ensure seamless vehicle availability for clients.
• Promote additional travel services and upgrades to enhance the customer's overall rental experience.
• Utilize specialized booking software to monitor fleet availability and process rental agreements efficiently.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all French-speaking clients receive professional and empathetic assistance.
