Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with global safety policies and community guidelines.
• Analyze complex reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive content, with a high degree of precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine internal safety protocols and improve the overall digital ecosystem.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards while reviewing user-generated content in French.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and platform-specific feature releases that impact user safety.
• Escalate critical security or safety issues through the appropriate internal channels, following established strict procedural guidelines.
• Contribute to the positive environment of the international team based in our state-of-the-art office in Sofia.
