Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site opportunity, one of the most exciting French-speaking jobs in Europe.
• Proven capacity to manage multi-channel support inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer assistance to French-speaking users regarding advanced Fitbit wearables and health-tracking software.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and GPS integration within the fitness ecosystem.
• Guide customers on how to maximize their wellness goals through data-driven insights provided by the platform.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving account, hardware, and synchronization issues with precision.
• Document user feedback to assist product development in the ever-evolving Fitness & Wellness landscape.
• Represent the brand with professional empathy, fostering long-term loyalty among the global health community.
• Collaborate with international teams to share best practices for high-performance support standards.
