Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition into one of the most exciting French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor positions in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international transport and warehouse partners to optimize the supply chain workflow.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional communication regarding delivery statuses and inventory tracking.
• Analyze delivery data to identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide proactive support regarding order amendments, tracking, and logistical problem-solving for the French market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global standards within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
