Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a legal right to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rental bookings for French-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, insurance options, and travel itineraries within the industry.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving rental-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with global travel partners to ensure accurate fleet availability and service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and transactions in our internal database systems.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service upselling during customer interactions.
• Uphold the premium brand reputation of our travel industry clients through excellence in every interaction.
