About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated professional for a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is dedicated to helping users achieve their personal health and fitness milestones. You will join an industry-leading team in the heart of the Fitness & Wellness sector, where you will provide expert guidance on innovative wearable technology.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking users regarding their Fitbit devices and applications.
• Assist customers in navigating their health metrics, including heart rate tracking, sleep analysis, and activity logs.
• Troubleshoot sync issues and hardware connectivity problems to ensure a seamless fitness journey for our clients.
• Educate users on how to maximize the features of their wellness hardware to reach their personal health goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while adhering to the highest quality standards of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve the overall consumer experience.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness through professional, empathetic communication.
