Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A strong interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, as this is a key Polish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
• Proficiency in English for corporate training and documentation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support to Polish-speaking users regarding their Fitbit wearable devices and wellness ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and application synchronization.
• Educate users on how to maximize their wellness journey using Fitbit’s suite of health features and data insights.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service in the Fitness & Wellness sector.
• Document user interactions accurately to assist in the continuous improvement of product performance.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Fitbit, promoting a culture of health and active living.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical concerns and hardware inquiries.
