Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passion for health, technology, and the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end-users.
• Availability for an on-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users of Fitbit devices and software applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to health tracking, sync connectivity, and wearable device performance.
• Advise customers on fitness goals, heart rate monitoring features, and overall wellness ecosystem integration.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries through email, chat, and phone channels.
• Stay updated on the latest developments within the Fitness & Wellness industry to provide accurate product information.
• Contribute to the success of our client by meeting quality benchmarks and key performance indicators.
• Participate in collaborative team sessions to optimize support strategies for the Polish market.
