Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless onboarding and relocation.
• Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and internal communication.
• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role or related BPO field is highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, on-site environment in Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services industry by maintaining professional and empathetic communication standards.
• Troubleshoot client inquiries and resolve service-related challenges with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in the internal database to ensure optimal tracking and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on service protocols and industry best practices to ensure continuous service excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention rates for our prestigious clients.
