• Troubleshoot technical connectivity and synchronization issues between wearable hardware and the fitness ecosystem.
• Educate clients on product features, including heart-rate tracking, sleep cycles, and physical activity metrics.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and expert guidance to German-speaking users.
• Maintain accurate logs of technical inquiries to contribute to the ongoing improvement of health and wellness software solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest advancements in the Fitness & Wellness industry.
• Identify trends in user feedback to assist in the refinement of wellness monitoring products.
