Responsibilities

Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems.
Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision.
Monitor and maintain account security, ensuring all processes align with gaming industry compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical bugs reported by users.
