About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to work for a global leader in the gaming sector. The role is based on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and involves supporting international players in the Gaming & Esports ecosystem. The specialist will manage and monitor player accounts, investigate suspicious activity and transactional discrepancies, communicate with French-speaking stakeholders, and work with internal technical teams to report and troubleshoot platform issues. The role also includes documenting support requests and participating in ongoing training about the Gaming & Esports industry.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French, spoken and written.
- Excellent command of English for professional internal communication.
- Proven ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
