About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to provide support for gaming and esports platforms in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on account inquiries, documentation, compliance, verification, fraud detection, and assistance to Arabic-speaking users. The specialist will work with international teams to troubleshoot gaming-related technical issues and help improve support workflows by sharing feedback about regional user behavior and common issues. The position is on-site and requires relocation to Sofia.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic, spoken and written.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication within the global office environment.
• A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and an understanding of modern gaming culture.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive back-office data and administrative tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria, for an on-site position.

Responsibilities
