About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a driven and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join their expanding team in the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for seasoned recruitment professionals who want to manage their own desk with the support of an international consultancy. The role involves matching top English-speaking talent with opportunities in a dynamic market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to candidate and client engagement.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously in a remote working environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a freelance professional without the need for day-to-day supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract high-caliber candidates for open roles within the Recruitment & Staffing industry and beyond, utilizing a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet both current and future client staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing and job posting through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Collaborate with the wider Mercier Consultancy Group team to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices across the business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring full compliance and data integrity at all times.
• Represent Mercier Consultancy Group professionally at all candidate and client touchpoints, upholding our reputation as a leading global staffing firm.
• Native or fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role, as all communication with candidates and clients will be conducted in English.
• Must be freelancer or willing to become one.
• Must be able to invoice.
