This role is for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring across technical functions. The position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer acceptance, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a proven track record in fast-paced technology companies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for high level engineer roles for cybersecurity or enterprise software companies.
  • Existing network of senior and staff-level software engineers in the Rust ecosystem
  • Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with engineering roles involving Rust, cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, infrastructure, security, or systems software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.
