About The Position

Dealops is an AI-driven platform that enables flexible pricing, streamlines workflows, and boosts sales performance. The company is transforming how businesses price, sell, and scale, addressing a growing market for smarter solutions in pricing, deal execution, and sales compensation. Led by experienced operators and backed by prominent investors and executives, Dealops has secured $7M in funding to pioneer this space. As a Founding Sales Development Representative, you will be one of the first go-to-market hires, playing a crucial role in establishing Dealops' pipeline generation from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Founding Account Executives to define strategies for identifying, engaging, and qualifying innovative AI and high-growth SaaS companies. This role offers significant ownership, a rapid growth trajectory, and the opportunity to build the foundational outbound and qualification playbook for future SDRs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role at a B2B SaaS or AI company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading first conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Curious, driven, and persistent; enjoys prospecting and problem-solving.
  • Excited by ambiguity and pace; motivated to build, test, and iterate rather than follow a rigid script.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling GTM, pricing, or RevOps tools.
  • Experience working directly with RevOps/GTM Systems/Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage target accounts through thoughtful outbound efforts across email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative experiments.
  • Test messaging, channels, and sequencing strategies to determine what resonates with modern AI and SaaS buyers.
  • Help refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identify key buying signals, and prioritize accounts.
  • Partner with Founding AEs, the CEO, and the Product team to share field insights and influence positioning, roadmap, and GTM strategy.
