As a Founding Sales Development Representative, you’ll be one of our first GTM hires and play a critical role in building Dealops’ pipeline engine from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Founding AEs to define how we identify, engage, and qualify the most innovative AI and high-growth SaaS companies. This is not a “run-the-sequence” SDR role. You’ll help build our outbound motion, test strategies, and set the foundation for how Dealops sources and qualifies pipeline as we scale. This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office.
