Foster Care Worker
About The Position
TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to work with children and families and help ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. The role includes teaching skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. The worker also supports foster parents by helping train and license them and guiding them in providing care for children in their homes. The posting lists an average hourly rate of $21.83, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. Applicants are asked to complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in the human services field.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
